Q : How to buy products on the Vape Pertama website?

A: When you enter the Vape Pertama website, you are in the home section, select the “all products” menu and then you can search for the product you want to buy. Add to basket, fill in your address and select delivery service. Complete the payment and we will send your order immediately

Q: How much nicotine is in YOOZ liquid

A: Contains 30mg or 3% Nicotine 

Q: How long does it take for the cartridge/pod to be replaced?

A: Cartridges/pods can be used up to a maximum of 8 refills or if it smells burnt. 

Q:What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?

A: make sure the package is damaged or not, open the package by doing an unboxing video. If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the product and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours. Our customer service will help process the product to the expedition.

 Q: How is the ordering process?

A: Please select the product you want and the delivery service available, make payment using the existing method, orders placed before 4pm will be sent on the same day.

Q: How long does it take for delivery?

A: We make deliveries every day (except Saturday-Sunday and National Holidays/Red Dates). Generally for the JABODETABEK area 2-3 working days, and beyond that it is adjusted to each region.

Q : What if I want to cancel the order?

A : Before the package is sent, you can contact customer service to help you arrange order cancellation within 2 hours in office hour. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Q: Can I change the shipping address?

A : Sorry, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been sent. Before your order is sent, you can contact our official customer service to change your address & the shipping price will adjust to the changed address.
