Eligibility for Returns

The return time limit: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items (Exceptional: Damaged Product such as burnt cartridge or device won’t turn on)
- Gift cards
- Opened or used consumable products (e.g., e-liquids, coils)
Unboxing Video: This is a provision from Number 1 to Number 3

Return Process

Request a Return:
- Contact us at marketingyooz@vapepertama.com with your order number, product details, and Unboxing video reason for return.
Approval:
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
Shipping:
- Send the item back to us at the provided address. Please include the RA number in your package.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
- A partial refund may be granted for items not in their original condition or missing parts.
